Privacy
We care a lot about ensuring the privacy of all your clients, especially given the nature of many sites hosted by us. We take a few steps to ensure privacy:
- Analytics data is not tied to individual user accounts, and analytics dashboards don’t show visitor IPs.
- We don’t track individual user journeys through the site.
- We give you tools to add privacy policies to your site.

Age verification
Section titled “Age verification”As per Age verification, we do need to perform age verification on your site. Under UK law, this needs to be a “highly effective” form of age verification.
Unfortunately we are too small to offer this in a way that is 100% privacy protecting. Currently, we use AgeVerif for age assurance.
To be clear - we don’t think requiring your clients to send personal information (even if it’s just a selfie) to a third party is the right approach, and we’ve shared our thoughts on how Ofcom is implementing and enforcing the law.
