Give people access

Private Gallery and Date collections have a User Access section.

1. Open the collection.
2. Under Grant Access to User, pick the person.
3. Select Grant Access.

To remove someone, select Revoke Access next to their name and confirm. The card on the Collections page shows who can see each collection, or Unshared if nobody has been added.

Clients with private gallery access can see every live private gallery without being added one by one. You manage this on the client’s own record: see Clients & login.

Public collections don’t need access settings, because everyone can see them.
