SophieBot access & allowance
Choosing what SophieBot can do
Section titled “Choosing what SophieBot can do”Go to Settings → Agents. The SophieBot section at the top lets you:
- turn SophieBot on or off with the switch
- see how much of this month’s allowance has been used
- choose its access to each area

For each area choose No access, See or See & change. Areas set to See & change also have a Changes without asking switch. When it’s on, SophieBot publishes, restyles or deletes in that area straight away, with no approval card.
The line under SophieBot’s message box tells you which areas it changes without asking. Select Access there to come back to this page.
Monthly allowance
Section titled “Monthly allowance”SophieBot has a monthly allowance. When it’s used up, SophieBot is paused until the start of next month and tells you the date it resets. Everything else in the admin panel keeps working as normal.
If you run out of SophieBot usage, you can still connect your own AI agent. And, using your own AI agent won’t use SophieBot usage.
