Admins & audit log

Admins are the people who can sign in to your admin panel. One of them is the Site owner, marked with a crown badge. Only the site owner can add or remove admins, turn their private gallery access on or off, transfer ownership change the Site URL and change the privacy settings.

Go to Settings → Admins to see everyone, their role, their Private Gallery access and when they last signed in.

Add an admin

1. Go to Settings → Admins and select Add Administrator.
2. Enter a Username and Password, and optionally a Display Name / Nickname.
3. Select Create Administrator.

Note

If your site offers adult or intimate services, you can’t add other admins. See Adult or intimate services and other admins.

To remove an admin, select Remove on their row.

Transfer ownership

1. Go to Settings → Admins.
2. Select Transfer Ownership next to the admin who should take over.
3. Check the details and select Confirm Transfer.

You stay on as a normal admin, but you’ll no longer be able to manage admins or change the site URL.

Caution

You can’t undo a transfer yourself. Only the new owner can hand ownership back.

Audit log

The audit log records what admins have done in your admin panel.

1. Go to Settings → Site settings.
2. Select Audit log at the top of the page.

Each entry shows the time, the admin, the action, any details, and the IP address and browser used. Type in the filter box to search by action, user, IP address or details.
