The user list

The Client Accounts list shows everyone who has an account. You can search by name, username or phone, and you can filter and sort the list.

Each user can show these badges:

Badge	Meaning
Private gallery on / off	Whether they can open your private gallery.
Password reset required	They must choose a new password next time they sign in.
Not a client	They need to verify their age and only see collections open to non-clients.
Signed up	They made their own account on your site rather than you creating it.
Age verified	They verified their age online while logged in. Hover over it to see when.
Age check not recorded	Nobody has recorded how this person was checked to be over 18.

You can also filter the list by Age check: Verified online, Checked by an admin or Not recorded.

If a user hasn’t picked a username yet, you’ll see “username not chosen yet” next to their nickname.

Favourites

Click the heart button next to a user to see the photos they’ve favourited, grouped by collection.

Edit a user

Click Edit next to a user to open their panel. Here’s what you can change:

Section	What it does
Admin nickname	Change the private nickname only you see.
Client	Tick This person is a client to let them skip age verification and see every private gallery collection. If you untick it, they only see collections marked “Available to non-clients”. The rest show greyed out.
Age check	Shows when they verified their age online, or lets you note how you checked they’re over 18, then click Save age check.
Phone number	Add, change or clear their number.
Change username	Give them a new username.
Private gallery	Turn Private Gallery Access on or off.
Set a new password	Type a password for them yourself.
Password reset	Force password reset makes them choose a new password next time they sign in. Clear reset requirement undoes this.
Other actions	Impersonate or create a Sign-in link.
Delete user	Removes the account permanently, along with their favourites and sign-in links.

Age check records

Each account keeps a record of how you know the person is over 18:

• If someone verifies their age while logged in to their account, it’s saved on the account. They won’t be asked again on later visits, and the record can’t be changed.
• For anyone else, you can write down how you checked them under Age check. The time is recorded with it. Only fill this in for someone who signed up themselves if you’ve checked them yourself.

Accounts with either kind of record skip age verification, even if they’re not marked as a client.

Impersonate a user

Impersonate lets you use your site as that person, which is handy for checking what a client can see. You’re taken to the private gallery signed in as them. When you’re done, use the exit impersonation banner to get back to your own admin account. Every impersonation is recorded in your activity log.

Inactive accounts are removed automatically

To keep your privacy promises, accounts are deleted automatically 24 months after the user was last active. For accounts that were never used, the 24 months count from when the account was created. Admin and owner accounts are never removed this way.
