Create & publish collections
Create a collection
Section titled “Create a collection”- Go to Site content → Collections.
- Select the + button in the toolbar.
- Enter a Collection Name and choose a Type.
- Choose any options (see below).
- Select Create Collection.

| Save as Draft | Keeps the collection hidden until you publish it. |
| Timed Photo Release | Releases photos one at a time at a set Release Interval once the collection goes live. |
| Show Locked Photo Placeholders | Shows countdown cards for photos that haven’t been released yet. Turn it off to keep them completely hidden until they unlock. |
| Available to non-clients | Private galleries only. Lets signed-in visitors who aren’t clients (such as people who signed up themselves) see the collection. Otherwise they see a greyed-out preview. |
To change these later, select the pencil icon on the collection’s card, or the pencil in the toolbar when you’re viewing it.
Drafts and live collections
Section titled “Drafts and live collections”Each card shows a Draft or Live badge. Drafts are hidden from everyone except you.
When you switch a collection from draft to live, its release schedule starts from that moment. If you put it back into draft, the schedule resets and starts again when you next publish it.
Timed release
Section titled “Timed release”With Timed Photo Release turned on, the first photo is released when the collection goes live, then one more photo every interval. Set the Release Interval in Hours per photo or Days per photo. For example, 1 day releases one photo every 24 hours.
Photos are released in the order they appear in the collection, so reorder them first if the sequence matters. Inside a collection, each photo shows Released or a lock with the time left until it unlocks. While the collection is a draft, photos show Draft instead.
Descriptions
Section titled “Descriptions”Open a collection and type in the Description box at the top. It saves as you type.
For public collections, visitors see the description under the collection name when a gallery block has Show collection descriptions turned on. See Pages & blocks. For other types, it’s a note just for you.
Collection names on your pages
Section titled “Collection names on your pages”When a gallery block shows several collections, each collection’s name appears above its photos. If the block shows just one collection, the name is hidden unless you turn on Show collection titles in the block’s settings.
Delete a collection
Section titled “Delete a collection”Select Delete on the collection’s card and confirm.
